Centennial Yards — AI Caricature Experience: Participation Terms

These terms govern your participation in the AI Caricature Experience ("the Experience") offered at Centennial Yards, Atlanta, GA. By participating, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.

1. How It Works

The Experience lets you take a selfie that is processed using artificial intelligence to generate a personalized caricature image. This activation is provided by Centennial Yards as a complimentary experience for visitors.

2. Image Capture & Storage

The selfie you take to start the Experience (your "source photo") is stored securely for a maximum of 14 days from the date of your participation, solely for the purpose of improving the Experience and for technical learning. After this period, all source photos are permanently deleted. We do not sell or share your source photo with third parties.

The caricature generated from your source photo is stored to enable the on-site display and any sharing features described below. If you choose to share your caricature — for example, via a built-in share link or by posting it to a social network — the resulting public link to your caricature image may remain accessible after the 14-day source-photo deletion window. You can ask us to remove your caricature from public access by contacting us at the address in Section 8.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

This Experience is powered by AI image-generation services from OpenAI. For service reliability, we access OpenAI both directly and through Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service; the same model is used in either path. By participating, you acknowledge that the privacy policies and terms of service of these providers apply to the processing of your image. We encourage you to review:

The Experience also runs on standard cloud infrastructure for hosting and image storage. For product analytics we use PostHog (EU); your email address is not sent to PostHog in plain text — only an anonymized (hashed) form is sent for analytics purposes.

4. Public Display

By participating, you consent to your generated caricature being displayed on the on-site public screen as part of a rotating "Hall of Fame." Your caricature may remain on the on-site display for up to 24 hours from the time of generation.

5. Nature of Generated Content

The caricature is created by automated AI and is intended for entertainment purposes only. Centennial Yards does not control the precise artistic output produced by the AI and accepts no responsibility for the specific likeness, style, or characteristics of any generated image. If you are uncomfortable with your result, please speak with a member of our on-site team or contact us using the details in Section 8.

6. Marketing Communications (Optional)

If you have opted in by ticking the optional checkbox at sign-up, Centennial Yards may contact you with news, offers, and updates about events at the property. Your email address will be used solely for this purpose and will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send.

7. Age Requirement

This Experience is intended for individuals aged 18 and over. Minors may participate only with explicit parental or guardian consent given on-site.
